I love my people. I love everything about black culture. I wouldn’t change who I am for the world. That being said, black people— y’all gotta stop ordering Moscato all the time.
It’s time for some tough love. Moscato is a dessert wine. Meaning, you drink it with dessert. Or after dinner. I’ve seen one too many people order Moscato with dinner. That can’t possibly taste good. That doesn’t pair well.
Listen, I grew up on Kool-Aid like everyone else. I like a good sweet drink like the next person. BUT IN THE RIGHT CONTEXT. You look crazy ordering Moscato with a steak. There are ways to pair different wines with different foods that will dazzle your palate like a sweet drink on its own never could. Give it a chance! Live a little!!
